How do I get support for your apps?
Reach out through this contact form, email us directly at support@haploapp.com, or leave a review on the App Store. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Are your apps available on Android?
Currently, our apps are available exclusively on iOS and macOS. We're considering Android development for the future based on user demand.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store policies. You can request a refund directly through your Apple ID account or contact Apple Support for assistance.
How do I suggest new features?
We love hearing from our users! Send us your feature suggestions through this contact form, and we'll consider them for future updates. You can also watch what's coming on the feature roadmap.
What data do your apps collect about me?
It depends on the app, and each one's App Store privacy label says exactly what. Haplo AI, ShipHappens, Markdown2PDF and Annot8 collect nothing. Bilbo sends anonymous usage stats to Google Analytics, never your trips or places. Barrier is free because it shows ads, so Google AdMob and AppLovin receive device identifiers and usage data, and Google Analytics counts how it is used. Haplo AI Investing sends the stocks you look up to our server to build its analysis. Your chats, trips, workouts and documents stay on your device in every app. The full breakdown is in the privacy policy.
Do the AI apps send my data to a server?
Haplo AI runs its language models entirely on your device, and no Haplo server ever receives your conversations. Its tools are the exception: web search, maps and the browser send what they need to those services when they run, and on a Mac, an iPhone 16 Pro or Pro Max, or any iPhone 17, Automatic Tools (on by default) can run them without being picked. The privacy policy lists what each one sends. Haplo AI Investing does use our server: the tickers you open, and your watchlist and holdings when it analyses them, are sent to build each page. They are not tied to you, and there is no account.
Do your apps require a subscription?
Most don't. Where we charge, we prefer a one-time purchase: no metered tokens, no paywalled features you already bought. Any exceptions are stated plainly on the App Store page before you download.
Can I beta test new releases?
Sometimes! When a TestFlight beta is open we announce it on the build log. You can also send a message through this form with "beta" in the subject and we'll keep you in mind.
Who actually builds all of this?
One developer, writing Swift full-time. That's why replies come fast and releases ship often: there's no queue between you and the person who can fix your problem. More on the about page.
