End user license agreement
Effective August 11, 2026.
Haplo, LLC apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), as supplemented by our Terms & Conditions.

Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions sets out the app licence grant and the Apple-specific acknowledgements that go with it. Section 17 of the Terms contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver, together with a 30-day right to opt out of arbitration.
Any prior standalone end user license agreement published by Haplo, LLC is superseded and no longer in effect. Where the Terms & Conditions and Apple's standard EULA differ, the Terms & Conditions control as between you and Haplo, LLC, except where Apple's rules require otherwise.
