The story so far

Five years, eight apps, one developer. The log, abridged.

  1. 2021

    The studio boots up

    Haplo, LLC is founded and ships its first app, Haplo AI Investing — AI stock analysis before it was cool. One developer, nights and weekends.

  2. 2023

    Focus and tooling

    Barrier takes on doom scrolling with Apple's Screen Time API, and Annot8 makes ML image annotation a hotkey game. The privacy-first habit sets in: local processing, zero collection.

  3. 2025

    Ship happens. (often.)

    Five apps in one year: Haplo AI brings LLMs fully on-device, EasyLogo and Markdown2PDF ship for creators, Carve hits the gym, and ShipHappens automates the very release chore that made all this possible.
